I tried the the trial version on my machine. But when it converts a macro enabled workbook, the macros don't run when I open the .exe file. What is the problem? I have enabled macros in my Excel. When I even try to edit the codes, the application simply quits and it does not allow viewing/editing any codes.

The developer of the application has posted a bit of information related to the way the VBA works with it. Since macros depend on VBA, I would recommend you read those instructions before working with the files.
Additionally, there is no other support for the application, which means you will have to get in touch with the developer if you require additional help related to the way macros work in the exported EXE file.
